You can contact us via e-mail, helpdesk ticket incorporated in the billing panel, live web chat support and our customer care site with usefully information's, all this as far as it regards our services, but, we have also created an additional page with tutorials related to the WWW such as HTML examples, CSS tutorials, photoshop related usefully links and much more.
We highly recommend you to use the Help Desk (support ticket) which is incorporated in your billing panel. It is easier to track your ticket, review the older tickets and have a better view of the history of the issue.
At the moment we do not have this future available since cPanel is very easy to use and it can be learned within few minutes. But we will give our best to provide in future cPanel vide tutorials.
